The Center for Clean Start (C4CS) is an intensive Behavioral Health program designed for pregnant and post-partum women who are experiencing difficulty with alcohol and/or other drugs. The Center is a cooperative project serving residents of Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester counties. The Center offers mental health, substance use, and case management services to pregnant and post-partum women. The women participate in groups and individual sessions that focus on abstaining from mood altering substances, mental health and overall wellness.
