Adolescent Program

The HART Program provides adolescent substance abuse treatment services to clients throughout Worcester County from the ages of 11 through 18. Services include screening, assessment, urinalysis, traditional outpatient, intensive outpatient, family counseling, individual counseling, group counseling, school based services, and referral to higher levels of care if needed.
