Take control of your health this spring with Worcester Health’s Healthy Lifestyle Balance Program

Snow Hill, MD- Take control of your health this spring with the newest session of Worcester Health's Healthy Lifestyle Balance Program.

This program is proven to prevent or delay the onset of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, High Cholesterol, and other chronic diseases. Healthy Lifestyle Balance is a free class that will help you eat healthy, lose weight, set goals, manage stress, and learn techniques to live a healthier and happier life.

The spring session of the Healthy Lifestyle Balance Program begins on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 and will be held at the Ocean Pines Library from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. The Healthy Lifestyle Balance Program is a 26-session, year-long, group program and will run through March 26th, 2025. Participants will receive a full class schedule upon the first class session.

Registrants will participate in 16-weekly sessions followed by monthly support sessions for the remainder of one year. Throughout the first phase of the program, participants will be educated on ways to adopt healthy lifestyle practices. During the second phase of the program, participants will be taught how to sustain the newly-learned lifestyle practices to support a balanced life.
